Chimichurri Steaks brings an authentic Argentinian steakhouse experience to the fields of bluedot.
Steak and chorizo cooked in a traditional style over charcoal, served with salad, grilled vegetables, and typical home-made Argentinian sauces (Chimichurri Sauce, and Provencal Sauce). We make our own delicious empanadas on-site, in Argentinian style with filling of beef, or ham and cheese, or spinach and cheese. We are also serving a Peruvian-style dish, lomo saltado, which is made with strips of sautéed beef, tomatoes, onion and garlic and a blend of spices.
We cook steak and chorizo in the traditional way they are cooked in Argentinian steakhouses – over charcoal to get the best flavour. Everything is freshly cooked and served straight from the barbecue. Our meat is the best quality rump steak from a well established supplier at Smithfields Market in London, and all our chorizos are specially made for us to a traditional Argentinian recipe.
