Acknowledging the existential threat the biosphere is facing due to man-made climate chaos, biodiversity loss, deforestation and pollution means facing one’s own feelings of grief, guilt, anger and helplessness. Yet we must continue to listen to our hearts to face reality honestly or risk getting lost in denial and pretence. This workshop offers a space for participants to explore their feelings about climate breakdown at whatever level is meaningful to each individual. Everyone is welcome.
Create a safer space for participants to explore their feelings around climate breakdown at whatever level, and learn how to deal with the grief surrounding the biggest issue man will ever face. Everyone is welcome.
