Grimm Twins

Hailing from Macclesfield (branded as the least-cultured place in Britain in the 2005 State Of The Nation Report) home of Joy Division, Mr. Scruff, the infamous 90’s Johnny Marr produced Britpop band Marion and the rudest, crudest, lewdest, drunkest band of all time The Macc Lads.

Grimm Twins formed in 2018 with twins Harry (Vocals & Guitar) & Joe Ward (Drums) Tilly Morris (Synthesizers & Keyboards) Will Taylor (Bass Guitar) and George Cole (Lead Guitar).

They played their first show at the Manchester School of Art, to raise funds for frontman Harry Ward & his fellow student’s degree shows.

Having put a song online every month of 2018, the buzz around the group grew in Manchester. Huw Stephens played their track ‘Generation Z’ on his Radio 1 show, and American Station KEXP followed suite.
They were invited to support Mossley upstarts Cabbage on their Nihilistic Glamour Shots UK Tour in April 2018.
The Bleichpop Corporation Ltd. label imprint of the same name released their debut EP ‘It’s Grimm Up North! EP’ in July 2018 with more releases through 2019.
