Take some time out from exploring the bluedot universe and realign your planets at Elevate. Discover a tranquil area of serenity just off of the Arboretum, away from the cosmos. Rejuvenate with a massage or refresh yourself with yoga in the wondrous surroundings in the grounds of Jodrell Bank.

MASSAGE

We have created a blissful area for you to enjoy all the benefits of a rejuvenating massage. Our Soul Stretch Signature Treatments are delivered with natural, organic products in beautifully decorated tents which create a warm and cosy spa atmosphere in the midst of the festival fun.

Our experienced therapists will tailor your treatment to meet your individual needs. 

Each half hour massage includes your changing time. If you would prefer a longer session, please feel free to book two (or more) consecutive half hour slots.

YOGA & WORKSHOPS 

This summer, Elevate brings you a broad selection of yoga classes and workshops focusing on the science of wellness. We invite you to explore how our wellness practices can support the regulation of our entire nervous systems. We will be sharing ways in which we can rewire the connections in the brain itself, stimulating our neurons to ‘fire off’ in new patterns. Exploring a variety of activities that promote the rebalancing of our emotions, creating harmony within ourselves and our relationships with others. We have carefully programmed a wide variety of yoga styles and workshops with everyone in mind from adults, families, teenagers and children. Our sessions are designed to provide empowering insights into how we can move towards health. All abilities are welcome. 

Whether it’s meditation, a workshop on the science of sleep, or yoga that you seek…we guarantee we will provide you with some nurturing and new experiences across the weekend!

Hot Sauna Cold Plunge Therapy

Enjoy the amazing wood fired Sauna and Cold Plunge therapy and experience the numerous benefits of this technique. The benefits of a ‘hot sauna cold plunge’ go way back to the Nordic cultures who originated the technique – a 20-minute sauna session, followed by a cold water dip or cool shower. Ideally the hot/cold exposure is repeated until the body is completely relaxed.
